If you want to capture the “mom market” make it obvious that you care about them and their families. Make them feel important and necessary to your business.
Treat these moms well with exceptional service delivered exceptionally well. If you already have a higher than average mom clientele, make sure you have child friendly supplies like crayons and coloring books to give out. It can amuse the child while they are there and makes a great take home gift. On your website, show a photo of your waiting area, especially if you have included a children’s entertainment area inside it. It is also a good idea to have a coupon they can download … it could be one way to get a new prospect to try your shop since they do spend a lot of time surfing the web for bargains.
