- 13% are buying in bulk
- 11% are switching to private label brands
- 8% are brand disloyal
- 7% are switching stores to save money
Here are a few things to keep in mind when marketing:
- Give your customers or prospects a reason (benefit) to come to your shop
- Use a clear and simple message
- Keep the marketing piece uncluttered
- Don’t just rely on a coupon, show value too
